Kay Rodriques

Kay Rodriques, Northern California (U.S.A.) Kay Rodriques is a multimedia artist and naturalist. She experiments with various materials -- organic and recyclable -- to create texture in her works. She also experiments with light modeling clay and paste to add dimension to her paintings and collages. Kay is concerned with absences and presences in history, art and nature. Her work is often whimsical, abstract and figurative. As a naturalist, Kay is constantly engaged with nature. A great deal of her work is derived from her joy of living in the Bay Area, and also from her love of her native Jamaica. All works by the artist, © Kay Rodriques 2012. All rights reserved.
